Nathan Honeycutt

President & Founder

Nathan has 20 years experience in the entertainment and corporate production industries, including 10 years at a tour and production company, three years in sound design and seven in corporate events.  Nathan has toured with award-winning acts such as Wynonna Judd and managed programs on five continents with groups such as Genentech, Gilead Sciences, Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Verizon Wireless, Voya Financial, and Utility Supply Management Association.

Nathan enjoys gardening with his family, fly fishing and volunteering with the Nashville Food Project and Families with Children from China.

Ashleigh Cote

Client Services Director

Ashleigh has nine years experience in the live events industry with three years in trade show events and six in AV and IT for corporate events and associations. Managing programs for clients such as the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, NetApp, the American Society of Retinal Specialists, and Allscripts, Ashleigh has experience with a wide variety of corporate and association events. She speaks proficient German, graduated Cum Laude from Michigan State University, and is a member of MPI.

Ashleigh enjoys playing in the Nashville Community Band, water skiing, volunteering with teenagers in a youth group, and traveling with her husband and dogs.

Jared Egli

Producer / Project Manager

Jared came to Nashville to attend Belmont University for a degree in Music Business.  He brought his experience from the music business into the corporate environment to help his clients plan and execute their events more efficiently with new ideas.

Jared’s focus is helping his clients and team problem-solve.   When on-site with Jared, you’ll find that his skillset will help you face the unique challenges of your event, from designing a large-scale production down to a capturing small a Advisory Board’s critical details.  There isn’t an element of an event that’s outside of Jared’s job.  He has 10 years experience in the industry, and has been with Macro since 2014.

When Jared isn’t helping his clients plan their next event, he enjoys playing music with his wife and daughter and playing basketball.

Tiffany Fernandez

Director of Operations

Tiffany keeps the books in tune, receivables allocated, budget square, and operational costs paid. She is currently working towards her BS in Accounting and has put most of her favorite hobbies on hold to finish college.

Tiffany spent time in film school and show choir which sparked her journey to Nashville. She grew up in a small farming community in Northern California where her family produced rice and almonds.

Outside of work and school, Tiffany loves to discover and support new artists in live venues around Nashville. She also enjoys singing, dancing, yoga and most outdoor sports especially wake-boarding, snowmobiling, snow-skiing, and riding horses.

Chris Flood

Producer

Chris has been involved in multiple facets of the production industry for the past decade.  He has planned and executed a variety of live events including theatrical, musical, and corporate events. Chris Is detail orientated and his diverse experience is indispensable in making your event a success.

Chris enjoys life on the road and is always ready to experience local food and culture whereever he is staying.  When home Chris loves to spend time outdoors with his wife and daughter

Nicolas Jakobsen

Warehouse Manager

Nicolas came to Nashville to pursue a studio engineer career. He brings 18 years of experience in studio/live audio, with a degree in Recording / Live / Post Audio from Musician's Institute Los Angeles. He brought his experience from the music industry into the Warehouse Manager position for Macro Productions.

Nicolas spends his time in the warehouse keeping the inventory accounted for and in working condition. He also helps setup and tear down gear at local events. Communicating with project managers to ensure they have all of their needs accounted for is another facet of the job.

In his spare time, Nicolas can be found tracking unknown artists. Mixing and mastering are still a passion of his.

Ryan Floria

Technical Director / Producer

Ryan Floria is an experienced technical director and producer with 26 years experience managing live events with a background in stadium and arena tours, including the nation's largest attended event on the National Mall. He has worked with many groups including H&R Block, Americare, Actelion Pharmaceuticals, the Kings of Comedy Tour, Florida Atlantic University, Miami Children’s Hospital, and Wheat Growers of America. Currently, Ryan serves as our technical director overseeing our larger events and advising our company on new technologies.

Ryan enjoys scuba and free diving and spending time with his wife and children.
